We work with raw materials of vegetable origin only, and so our cuisine is vegan. Our meals are suitable for people with gluten intolerance. When selecting our raw materials, we put the accent on their local source and seasonality. We cooperate with approximately eighty carefully selected and time-tested partners from agriculture and gastronomy industries.
We strive to be ecological in our cuisine and kitchen, too. Our aim and mission is to serve our customers meals that are always nutritionally complete and beneficial to human body with the right combination of individual ingredients contained in them. When selecting suppliers of beverages, we aim to go local: we avoid multinational brands and search for local manufacturers. We brew our own beer and manufacture our very own Vegalité products.
